Overview

Job Description

– Content Producer supports the creation, editing, and production of multimedia content across podcast, video, photography, and social media initiatives; partners with marketing and content leadership to execute content strategies while maintaining brand consistency, creative quality, and audience engagement; responsibilities include podcast production, video editing, photography support, social media content creation, project coordination, and content optimization across multiple channels.
The position offers flexibility and requires consistent collaboration with the broader marketing team and occasional onsite event coverage.
Responsibilities

Record, edit, and prepare podcast episodes for distribution
Edit audio files including cleanup, sequencing, and quality enhancement
Produce and edit short-form video content for social media and digital channels
Create event recap videos, interviews, webinars, and talking-head content
Apply creative storytelling techniques through editing, pacing, sound, and visual composition
Conduct light research to support podcast topics, captions, and content development
Manage content projects, timelines, and workflow tracking within project management systems
Stay current on social media trends and content best practices
Provide onsite photography and videography support during events
Organize content assets, maintain file management systems, and ensure version control
Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align deliverables with brand standards
Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in content production, video editing, multimedia production, or related roles
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and related tools
Experience editing podcasts and short-form video content
Experience producing content for digital and social media platforms
Working knowledge of DSLR and/or mirrorless camera equipment
Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement
Strong storytelling, editing, and creative content development skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience managing content workflows and production timelines
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Production, Journalism, Film, Digital Media, Multimedia Design, or related field
Preferred Qualifications / Skills / Experience

Experience supporting corporate, financial services, investment management, agency, or professional services brands
Experience covering live events and creating event recap content
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, editing, research, or workflow optimization
Experience using Wrike or similar project management platforms
Photography experience
Experience creating social-first content strategies
Experience supporting podcasts and thought leadership content
