Bishop Gold Group is one of the fastest-growing Gold & Precious Metals dealers in the country. We’re actively seeking motivated, goal-oriented sales professionals to join our high-performing team in Westwood, CA.

As an Account Executive , you’ll play a key role in educating clients about the benefits of investing in precious metals while guiding them through a smooth, professional sales process.

You’ll have access to all the tools you need to succeed—including opt-in leads , an industry-leading CRM platform , and a built-in auto-dialer to maximize efficiency.

No previous experience in Precious Metals sales? No problem. We welcome candidates with strong sales drive, a coachable attitude, and a hunger for success. Candidates must be comfortable making a high volume of phone calls and working on a primarily commission-based compensation plan (hourly pay, uncapped commission).

This is an on-site role and required to work in our office Monday-Friday. Our office is located in Westwood, CA (90024)

Responsibilities

High volume of inbound and outbound calls daily to opt-in leads

Stay informed on market trends, financial news, and global events impacting the industry

Build and nurture long-term client relationships with a focus on exceptional customer service

Manage, organize, and track client accounts effectively

Collaborate with our in-house processing team to ensure client requests are handled promptly

Perform data entry and maintain detailed records in Salesforce , Microsoft Excel , and other platforms

Qualifications

Experience working in an Inside Sales environment (Preferred, not required)

Comfortable making a high volume of phone calls on a daily basis

Excellent computer skills; basic knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Word, DocuSign, Adobe PDF and Excel

Ability to work well in a collaborative, office-based team environment

Highly motivated , with a competitive edge and strong work ethic

Personable, respectful , and committed to delivering a high standard of service

Physical Demands

Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 75% of the time

Constantly operates a telephone, computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer

Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers, customers and other third-parties

Hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00pm PST.
