Senior Walmart National Account Manager
Location: Bentonville, Arkansas, USA
Salary: Up to $165,000 (dependant on experience)
Contract: Permanent
We're on the lookout for a Senior Walmart National Account Manager to join our brilliant team in Bentonville, Arkansas!
You will be responsible for developing Walmart-specific Go-To-Market analysis and analytics to support business plans that drive strong 5P and digital execution for the Tommee Tippee brand. This includes strategy creation for both brick-and-mortar and Walmart.com.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing syndicated data, POS data, shopper insights, and trend data.
- Developing forecasts, promotional stories, and customer updates.
- Understanding Walmart’s replenishment practices and working with the Supply Team.
- Collaborating with analytical support agency / staff in Bentonville, AR.
- Becoming a super user of Walmart data within the organization.
- Growing Market Share, Topline Sales, and Profit for the assigned customer business.
- Maintaining a strong relationship with the customer.
- Develop and manage Walmart Brick & Mortar + E-Commerce strategy.
- Own all Walmart customer/account operations, including support staff.
- Drive Walmart agenda within Mayborn and vice versa.
- Deliver financial and market targets.
- Enhance Walmart relationship across all levels.
- Complete Joint Business Plans to deliver EBITDA and market share targets.
- Serve as first point of contact for Walmart.
- Deliver KPIs for revenue, margin, and contribution.
- Manage full P&L, forecasts, orders, and inventory planning.
- Negotiate trading terms and promotions.
- Increase distribution and visibility of Mayborn products.
- Provide reports, trackers, and contingency plans.
- Partner with Digital Marketing for content and social commerce execution.
- Manage promotional plans and display projects.
- Build relationships across internal departments.
What skills and experiences you’ll need to ace this job:
- Significant experience working with Walmart in sales & analytical roles
- Proven experience working in consumer goods with increasing responsibility
- Experience with Walmart.com operations and media programming
- Strong forecasting and planning skill
- Fact-based selling and interpersonal skills
- Creative problem-solving
- GTM and 4P analysis experience
- Trade marketing / Category Management or brand management background is a plus
- POS and syndicated data experience (Nielsen or IRI required)
- Expert in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
