About Cedar Gold Group Cedar Gold Group is a precious metals firm in downtown Miami. We help everyday Americans protect their retirement savings by moving a portion into physical gold and silver. We run a high-volume sales floor, we're growing fast, and we promote based on performance, not tenure.
The Role This is a phone-based inside sales role. You'll be working leads who have already raised their hand and asked for information about protecting their retirement with precious metals. Your job is to call them, understand their situation, educate them, and guide them from first conversation to a funded account. This is not cold calling strangers off a list. These are warm leads who want to talk.
We give you the leads, the training, the scripts, and the tech. You bring the work ethic and the willingness to get on the phone and have real conversations all day.
What You'll Do
- Make a high volume of inbound and outbound calls every day to qualified leads
- Build rapport fast and figure out what each person is trying to protect
- Walk prospects through the precious metals IRA process from first call to funded account
- Follow up consistently and keep your pipeline moving
- Hit your daily activity targets and monthly funding goals
- Manage your pipeline and log activity in our CRM (Salesforce)
What We're Looking For
- Hungry, coachable, and money-motivated
- Comfortable on the phone and able to hold a real conversation
- Can handle a fast pace and doesn't get rattled by a "no"
- Shows up every day and puts in the reps
- Sales experience is a plus but not required. We train.
- Able to work on-site in our Miami office
Compensation
- $40,000 to $200,000+ per year (draw vs. uncapped commission)
- Top performers clear $200K+. The better you get, the more you make.
