Marketing And Advertising Sales RepresentativeMarketing and advertising sales for Gulfshore Life magazine, ancillary publications and digital products, as well as cultivating event sponsorships.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:Qualify best prospects to benefit from magazine audience and advertising servicesSchedule appointments; determine prospect's needs and challenges; make initial presentation; determine best solutions; prepare contracts; close salesMaintain activity level and closing ratio adequate to meet or exceed sales goalsExpand sales from existing accounts by cross-selling to new products that fit client needsRecommend up-sell opportunities to accounts that need to enhance brand awareness to capture or protect market share and seize new opportunitiesUpdate job knowledge by participating in training and educational opportunitiesWork with production department to facilitate timely delivery of client advertising materialsQualifications:Experience: 5+ years sales experienceKnowledge and skills: Word, Outlook, Magazine ManagerAbilities: Professional and strong skills in presentation, communication, prospecting, closing, motivation, planning, persistence, territory management and meeting sales goals.Benefits: Full-time new hires: Eligible to participate in all Company benefit plans, including:Health, Dental, Vision Insurance, and HSA1st of the month after 30 days employmentSubject to plan termsEligibility for company-paid benefits such as life insurance & EAP and employee-paid benefits such as short- and long-term disabilityPTO
