5 years of exceptional writing and communication skills
Experience writing for customer/member-facing digital experiences
Strong project management and time management abilities
Critical thinking and curiosity
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Figma
MS Office proficiency including PowerPoint
Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance experience
Claims-related experience
