The Marketing Graphic Design Intern supports the development, organization, and execution of marketing and proposal materials. This role focuses on creating high-quality visual assets, standardizing templates, and building an organized, scalable marketing library that improves proposal efficiency and brand consistency.

Schedule & Logistics

Duration: Summer (May–August, flexible). This may be full-time.

Work location: In-office near Mid Wilshire (6000 Block of San Vicente Blvd) every day.

Hours: ~20 hours/week (with flexibility to increase).

Schedule: Flexible within standard business hours (9 am–6 pm).

Compensation: $18–$19 hourly, depending on qualifications.

Parking: Provided if needed.

Supervision

Reports to: Business Development / Marketing Leadership

Day-to-day oversight provided by the internal team

Success Criteria

Marketing materials are streamlined, organized, and reusable

Templates are actively used in proposals

Deliverables remain usable and valuable after the internship ends

Demonstrates ability to execute independently with minimal rework
