Job Summary
As a Graphic Designer, you are responsible for providing high-quality graphic design solutions for a wide variety of internal and external corporate and marketing communication projects for Dolphin. You will work as part of a team that includes a multimedia designer and a copywriter to develop both print and digital work. You will be responsible for ensuring that brand identity standards are applied and maintain accuracy throughout revision cycles.

Design and production of various marketing communication materials across a variety of media (print, collateral, web, electronic, packaging, apparel, and promotional items)
Conceptualizing and development of logos
Prepare detailed artwork packages for development
Collaborate with Multimedia Designer on relevant projects when necessary
Coordinate logistics for annual Dolphin Meeting and other industry offsite events
Take lead in design, configuration, and upkeep of trade show booth properties
Performs other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in design or equivalent related experience and 2-4 years professional graphic design experience
Strong competency in design principles and proficiency in software applications such as Adobe Creative Suite
An eye for great typography along with a refined design sensibility
Proven ability to work with software developers, creative directors, designers, copywriters, account service teams and clients
Strong communication skills, having the ability to listen well, ask questions and solve project-related challenges
Must be able to communicate with all levels of department and company personnel and also relevant outside vendors
Passionate about current design trends, new approaches, personal skills growth
Ability to prioritize and manage work and meet critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment
Must provide a portfolio of design work that demonstrates strong graphic design and typography
Proven self-starter and highly motivated, a fast learner, and comfortable taking the initiative and handling multiple projects simultaneously
Working Conditions
Physical demands of this role include operating a computer or other office devices for the majority of the workday. May occasionally need to move packages up to 10 pounds such as office supplies or equipment. Must be able to communicate with others in person, over the phone, and in writing. Must be able to understand and effectively exchange accurate information with others such as coworkers, customers and vendors. Must be able to read and interpret various electronic and written documents.
Environmental Factors
This position is in an office environment in which team members occupy desks in assigned areas or at meeting/collaboration spaces within the building. The building’s primary work areas consist of desks, chairs, computers and other office equipment and devices for professional services.

Compensation
The potential compensation range for this role is between $53,500.00 and $65,500.00. The final offer amount would be based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills.
