Build and maintain trusted partnerships with physicians, office staff, healthcare providers, and community stakeholders throughout your territory.

Drive Territory Growth
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand referral networks.

Represent a High-Touch Specialty Pharmacy Model
Educate providers on available specialty pharmacy services and patient support programs.
Deliver professional presentations and educational programs to healthcare audiences.
Represent the organization at regional and national conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Serve as a brand ambassador and advocate for exceptional patient care.
Operate with Excellence
Maintain accurate territory activity, reporting, and account documentation.
Ensure compliance with all applicable payer, Medicare, Medicaid, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate closely with leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives and achieve territory objectives.
Preferred Background
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Healthcare sales experience - particularly within specialty pharmacy, home infusion, biologics, or pharmaceutical sales.
Experience calling on specialists within neurology, immunology, gastroenterology, rheumatology, or related therapeutic areas is highly valued.
Hemophilia, immunoglobulin (IG/IVIG), rare disease, or specialty therapy experience is a plus.
