Job Title: Creative Manager

Report To: Product Marketing Manager

Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative, detail-oriented Creative Manager to join our marketing team. The Creative Manager will lead the development and execution of creative assets and content across multiple channels. This role will be responsible for supporting brand consistency and driving engagement through social media, graphic design, written content, photography, and video.

This individual will work cross functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality, on-brand creative that supports marketing initiatives, product launches, customer engagement, and overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
Design marketing assets including digital ads, social graphics, presentations, email templates, and print collateral
Write and edit short and long-form content such as social posts, blogs, case studies, press releases, website copy, and campaign messaging
Capture and edit photography for marketing campaigns, events, products, and internal use
Produce and edit short-form videos (e.g., social media clips, reels)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, events, leadership) to support marketing initiatives
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and events
Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of creative assets
Organize and maintain digital asset libraries (photos, videos, templates, etc.)
Stay current on design trends, social media best practices, and emerging content formats
Support trade shows and events with creative assets and photography
Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5 years of experience in a marketing, creative, or content-focused role
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Canva)
Knowledge of SEO and digital content best practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars
Basic photography and photo editing skills
Video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools
Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Eloqua, Salesforce)
Experience in the electric utility industry
Experience in B2B or industrial/manufacturing marketing environments
Motion graphics or animation experience
