Director of Worldwide Sales and Marketing

We seek qualified candidates for this senior management level position.

Main duties will include:
·

Develop and implement overall sales and marketing plan, including print advertising, trade shows, online advertising and direct mail campaigns.
·

Visit dealers and distributors worldwide to promote Lynx products and provide training and dealer support materials for increased sales.
·

Manage office staff including hiring and firing of personnel, writing performance reviews and setting goals for each position.
·

Research competitive products and help define Lynx’s future product line.
·

Manage vendor relationships as required.
·

Operational tasks include analysis of product run rates for production scheduling and interaction with the team to maintain product inventory levels.

Applicants should have/be:
·

Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or business administration or equivalent number of years of experience.
·

Five (5) years of related experience with management experience.
·

Working knowledge of Professional Audio Industry
·

Customer and product management/development experience with a premium brand
·

Ability to set goals, set and stay within budget, deliver to deadlines
·

A self-starter; results focused with an ability to quickly build relationships
·

A natural leader
·

Able to simplify technical jargon into plain language
·

Highly proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), QuickBooks, general comfort with new software, systems and other types of technology.
·

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
