About the Role
A leading media and entertainment organization is seeking a Manager, Campaign Insights to join its growing Insights & Measurement team. This role will focus on evaluating advertiser campaign performance across linear, digital, social, and streaming platforms while delivering strategic insights to clients, agencies, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience translating campaign and audience data into actionable recommendations that demonstrate marketing effectiveness across the purchase funnel.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze advertiser campaign performance across awareness, consideration, engagement, traffic, and sales-related KPIs

Pull and interpret data from research vendors, dashboards, and internal reporting systems to uncover actionable insights

Build polished client-facing presentations that communicate results, learnings, and recommendations

Manage measurement timelines, deliverables, and vendor coordination across multiple campaigns simultaneously

Partner with internal Sales, Marketing, Research, and Strategy teams to support campaign effectiveness initiatives

Help identify best practices and optimization opportunities for future advertiser campaigns

Support high-profile campaigns tied to tentpole programming, sports, and major media events

Mentor junior analysts and contribute to broader team priorities as needed

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in campaign insights, media research, audience analytics, marketing analytics, or measurement

Background within a media company, streaming platform, advertising agency, research vendor, or analytics firm preferred

Experience with measurement vendors such as Kantar, Dynata, Nielsen, Circana, EDO, iSpot, LiveRamp, or similar

Strong understanding of campaign KPIs, brand lift, attribution, and performance measurement

Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, charts, formulas, and data manipulation

Strong PowerPoint skills with ability to create executive- and client-ready presentations

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects and deadlines simultaneously

Preferred Experience

Exposure to linear TV, digital media, streaming, or social advertising measurement

Experience with survey-based research, custom studies, or audience segmentation

Passion for media, entertainment, sports, or advertising industry trends
