Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Audio/Visual Technician to support AV operations for my healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and strong background in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV systems in a federal or enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up, operate, and maintain AV systems including Polycom endpoints, video conferencing bridges, and control systems.
• Provide live event support for meetings, webinars, and hybrid conferences.
• Troubleshoot AV issues in real-time and provide technical support to end-users.
• Coordinate with IT and facilities teams to ensure seamless AV integration.
• Maintain documentation for AV systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with federal AV and IT security standards.
Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as AV Technician.
• Familiarity with AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron).
• Experience supporting AV in government or large enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of video conferencing protocols (H.323, SIP).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
