Lead the design of trend-right toddler girls collections for major national retailers and shape what lands on shelves next season.
Must-Haves

5+ years in apparel design
Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills, plus sketching and rendering
Proven experience designing in a fast-paced retail environment
Deep knowledge of trends, garment construction, and fabric development
Based in NYC or willing to relocate (onsite role)
3D experience and licensed apparel knowledge a plus
What You'll Do

Create seasonal collections that align with trends, customer preferences, and brand goals.
Research markets and competitor assortments to drive fresh product concepts and direction.
Partner with Sales, Merchandising, and Product Development from concept through production.
Lead fit sessions, approve lab dips, strike-offs, and production samples, and keep timelines on track.
Mentor Associate Designers and collaborate closely with Graphic Designers.
