Worship Production Specialist: Audio, Video & Lighting

Alabama Baptist SBOM is seeking a full-time Production Associate responsible for managing audio, video, and lighting systems at Hunter Street Baptist Church. This role encompasses technical setup and collaboration with ministry areas to ensure impactful events.
Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of audio experience and a degree in AVL or technical systems. Alongside training volunteers, the Production Associate will ensure top-quality services, adhering to the church's mission and values.
