Strategic Bid & Proposal Coordinator

Hyundai Rotem is looking for a Bid Coordinator to support business development during the bid and proposal stage. Responsibilities include coordinating communication with stakeholders, managing bid documentation, and ensuring timely submissions. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or project management, ideally in the rail industry.
This position will transition into procurement contract administration or project management support as needed. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
