About Latina Medical Center: Latina Medical Center is a leading medical spa and plastic surgery practice specializing in injectables, facial rejuvenation, body contouring, wellness treatments, and cosmetic surgery. We work with influencers, content creators, and patients from all backgrounds to deliver exceptional results and showcase real transformations. We are seeking a creative, ambitious, and highly motivated Social Media Content Creator to join our growing team immediately.

Position Summary: This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about aesthetics, beauty, social media, and content creation. You will be responsible for capturing and producing engaging content that highlights our procedures, patient transformations, providers, influencer collaborations, and daily office culture.

Responsibilities

Film and create daily content throughout the practice

Capture before‑and‑after patient transformations

Record injectable procedures including Botox®, dermal fillers, Sculptra®, PRP, and other aesthetic treatments

Film plastic surgery consultations, patient journeys, recovery updates, and educational content (with proper patient consent)

Create engaging Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook content

Edit videos and photos using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar software

Assist with influencer collaborations and content campaigns

Create trend‑based content while maintaining a professional medical brand

Develop creative ideas to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness

Manage content organization and assist with social media scheduling

Capture behind‑the‑scenes office culture and team activities

Qualifications

Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook

Strong video editing and storytelling skills

Comfortable filming in a medical environment

Experience with photography and videography preferred

Knowledge of aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or plastic surgery is highly preferred

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Positive attitude and professional demeanor

Experience working with influencers is a plus

Additional Requirements & Compliance

Must maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times.

Must understand and follow all privacy policies regarding patient information, photos, videos, and medical records.

Obtain and verify proper patient photo/video consent prior to recording any content.

Ensure all content complies with HIPAA regulations and practice policies before publication.

Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the practice.

Exercise discretion when working with high‑profile patients, influencers, and public figures.

Collaborate closely with providers and management to ensure accurate and compliant educational content.

Ability to distinguish between approved marketing content and protected health information (PHI).

Must be detail‑oriented and follow brand guidelines consistently.

Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, special events, influencer visits, and surgery days as needed.

Must be comfortable working around medical procedures, injectables, and cosmetic surgery environments.

Experience with social media analytics, content planning, and scheduling tools is preferred.

Knowledge of aesthetic industry trends, plastic surgery marketing, and patient education is a plus.
