About the Role
The Talent Shop is hiring for a Sales Coordinator to manage our sales pipeline, proposals, and client onboarding. You'll own our Monday.com CRM, track proposals from development to close, manage client onboarding, and ensure seamless handoff to Operations.
What You'll Do
Maintain and update client opportunities in Monday.com CRM with complete, accurate documentation.
Develop proposals using standardized templates; track status and follow up on client decisions.
Manage client onboarding including pre‑qualification, documentation, and account setup.
Gather project intake information from clients; clarify scope, site conditions, and scheduling.
Monitor lead sources and support business development efforts.
Maintain organized records and adhere to documentation standards.
Coordinate daily pipeline updates with the sales team.
What You Need
Advanced Monday.com CRM proficiency — deep skill, not entry‑level.
Google Workspace native (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail).
Experience managing sales pipelines or client‑facing administrative work.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams without dropping tasks.
