As we continue scaling, we’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to help elevate our brand presence and execute high-impact marketing initiatives across digital and print channels.

Role Overview
This role will own and elevate Camber’s digital presence, expand social media engagement, and drive Mailchimp-powered email marketing initiatives. The Marketing Coordinator will also support digital and print communications — including email blasts, brochures, sales materials, and campaign collateral.

Ideal for a hands‑on marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, this position blends content creation, campaign execution, project coordination, and cross‑functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with leadership, sales, and sales operations to ensure cohesive messaging and aligned campaign timing.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across email, paid search, social media, and other digital platforms.

Manage and execute email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp, including audience segmentation, content creation, design coordination, and performance tracking.

Coordinate campaign timelines, messaging, and deliverables across internal teams.

Content Creation & Brand Communications

Develop written and visual marketing content including website updates, blogs, social media posts, brochures, print collateral, and sales materials.

Support digital and print marketing communications for lead generation initiatives.

Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.

Social Media & Digital Presence

Manage and grow Camber’s social media presence across key platforms.

Develop engaging content strategies to increase visibility, engagement, and brand awareness.

SEO & Digital Tools

Optimize website content for search engines and improve digital discoverability.

Manage content updates through CMS platforms (such as WordPress).

Support marketing initiatives using CRM systems and digital marketing tools.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Track campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Monitor engagement, traffic, and campaign metrics to evaluate performance and ROI.

Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

Work cross‑functionally with sales, leadership, product, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Support marketing and client events through planning and coordination.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong organization and attention to detail.

Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or a related role (internship experience considered).

Technical Skills

Experience with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, and CRM systems.

Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).

Experience with social media management tools and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.

Proficiency with spreadsheets and marketing design tools such as Canva.

Soft Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Understanding of marketing, lead generation, and sales support strategies.
