We're looking for an E-Commerce TikTok Shop & Digital Marketing Coordinator to own the day-to-day of our TikTok Shop and creator/affiliate programs. In a beauty world where creators drive discovery and content drives sales, you'll be the person keeping our Shop healthy, our creator pipeline full, and our content converting.

This is a hands‑on, social‑first role at the heart of how our brand grows, with TikTok Shop and creator/affiliate execution as your top priority. You'll also help keep our direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) Shopify site on‑brand and running smoothly — handling administrative tasks like product setup, order processing and pushing, and customer service, and partnering closely with our fulfillment, shipping, and logistics partners to keep orders moving and customers happy.

You don't need to be a TikTok Shop expert on day one. Key Responsibilities
TikTok Shop Execution

Coordinate the day‑to‑day operation of our TikTok Shop, including product setup, listing optimization, pricing accuracy, and compliance

Build and maintain product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, attributes, and imagery to maximize discoverability and conversion

Monitor the Shop for issues such as listing suppression, compliance flags, pricing errors, and out‑of‑stock SKUs, resolving or escalating them promptly

Conduct daily content and performance reviews, including creator video audits, follow‑ups, and managing GMV Max placements (TikTok's automated ad tool that promotes top‑performing creator videos)

Partner with our TikTok agency — the internal point of contact for TikTok Shop — to brief priorities, align on execution, and hand off assets, ensuring all activity stays on‑brand and on‑strategy

Creator & Affiliate Program Management

Source, vet, onboard, and manage creators across tiers (from emerging "mid‑tier" creators to larger "macro" creators), including outreach, negotiation, contracting, and sampling

Run outreach and recruitment campaigns to maintain a healthy, growing pipeline of creators promoting our products

Serve as the primary point of contact for the creator community, managing affiliate communications (email and messaging channels) and responding to creator questions, sample requests, and technical issues

Coordinate affiliate commissions, contracting, and payouts, routing invoices to the billing team for approval

Approve and forecast daily product sample requests and monitor sampling efficiency

Customer Service & Community

Provide on‑brand customer service across our channels, responding to customer questions, complaints, returns, and post‑purchase concerns in a timely and professional manner

Manage and engage our community on TikTok Shop, including comments, direct messages, and reviews

Track recurring customer feedback and share insights with the marketing, product, and broader teams to inform listings, content, and product decisions

Coordinate with external order‑operations partners to ensure a clean resolution when a customer issue involves fulfillment, shipping, or logistics

DTC & Marketplace Support

Keep product setups, listings, and content current on our DTC (Shopify) site so the brand remains consistent across every channel

Handle day‑to‑day administrative tasks within Shopify, including processing and pushing orders through to fulfillment and keeping order records accurate

Apply listing, content, and merchandising best practices to additional marketplaces such as Amazon as those channels scale

Maintain catalog hygiene across managed channels by identifying and correcting data errors, missing fields, and outdated information

Support product launches, promotional moments, sampling activations, and seasonal campaigns with strong operational readiness

Cross‑Functional Marketing Partnership

Partner closely with the marketing team on campaign and promotional calendars so that TikTok Shop activations, creator pushes, and marketing moments are planned and timed together

Coordinate with marketing and creative to gather updated assets, briefs, and approved messaging, and translate them into Shop content, creator guidance, and listing updates

Report on marketplace and creator performance — including GMV (Gross Merchandise Value, or total sales through the Shop), conversion, top creators, and winning content formats — to inform marketing strategy and spend

Maintain consistent product storytelling and brand presentation across marketing campaigns and all sales channels

Surface assortment gaps, trending products, and high‑performing creators or content for the marketing team to amplify

Required Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing, marketplace management, influencer/creator coordination, or a related role

Strong interest in and familiarity with TikTok, creator culture, and social‑first commerce

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities — creators, content, samples, and deadlines — simultaneously

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with comfort working with data and maintaining reporting accuracy

Familiarity with Shopify or a comparable e‑commerce platform, including basic order processing

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage external creator relationships and internal partners professionally

A customer‑first mindset and experience in customer service or community management, with the ability to represent the brand voice directly to customers

Comfort in a fast‑paced, evolving environment; adaptable, self‑directed, and willing to build process where none exists

Preferred Qualifications

Hands‑on TikTok Shop experience, particularly with high‑growth or beauty brands

Experience in beauty, personal care, or consumer packaged goods (CPG)

Familiarity with affiliate or influencer platforms and outreach tools

Experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central or other marketplace portals

Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4) and project tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
