Responsibilities
This role provides advice and valuable financial solutions to complex Global Commercial Banking clients and prospects. Key responsibilities include:

Managing an extensive portfolio of complex clients and prospects with annual revenues of $50 million to $2 billion, helping companies save, borrow, and invest for their current and future needs.

Acquiring, deepening, and maintaining profitable client relationships through sales, prospecting, and enhancing existing relationships.

Interpreting financial and cash flow statements to assess and analyze financial conditions of companies and industry trends.

Collaborating with domestic and international teammates including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, Wealth Management, and Product Specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services to design and deliver financial solutions.

Leading and facilitating dialogue with complex clients on industry, alternative capital structures, and general business issues.

Coaching and mentoring peers, utilizing leadership skills.

Adapting to changes in sales practices and broader market and industry conditions as needed.

Required Skills

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Commercial Lending or Investment Banking.

Proven ability to manage an extensive client portfolio and close profitable transactions.

Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen.

Financial modeling experience with formal credit training required.

Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Demonstrated leadership ability.

Knowledge of Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & 63; must obtain licenses within 180 days of start date.

Desired Skills

Local market knowledge.

Strong business development expertise.

Minimum Education Requirement
Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or economics (or equivalent experience). MBA is desirable.

Shift and Hours
1st shift (United States of America). 40 hours per week.
