Compensation
Pay Range: $102,000–$120,000 Annual. Competitive starting salary commensurate with experience and geographic location. Potential bonus pay based on company performance.

Job Responsibilities
With little or no guidance, incumbents design and develop applications based on business end‑user needs. Participate in agile teams as needed.

Perform program design, coding, testing, development and documentation activities of complex programs.

Review Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) and determine necessary follow up questions to clarify expectations and estimate time to complete code changes.

Consult with business leaders to gain deeper understanding of requests.

Participate in integration, training and implementation activities.

Assist with the development of technical specifications, development approaches and time requirements for average projects or packaged software implementation.

Report status updates accurately to IT and/or business leaders.

Provide workable solutions to fix project delays.

Refine and update technical/business skills and experience through work assignments, advanced technical/business training and attending professional/business industry conferences.

Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization’s objectives.

Qualifications

8+ years programming experience required.

5+ years RPG (Report Program Generator) programming experience required.

SQL experience preferred.

Bachelor’s in computer science or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience required.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Ability to prioritize and plan work activities appropriately.

Ability to multi‑task.

Ability to collaborate with others.
