As a Growth Specialist, you will:

Build Netguru's brand visibility in video - own Netguru's short-form video presence on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, from concept to publish

Turn our case studies, team expertise, and technical topics into content people actually watch

Use AI tools (eg. Runway, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI) as a core part of your production workflow - not as a bonus

Work closely with marketing, brand, and growth to make video pull its weight in the funnel

Salary range:
Poland&EU:PLN6,600-11,000(B2Bcontract)+20paiddaysoff

Poland:PLN5,500-9,500(ContractofEmployment).

What we're looking for:

2+ years creating and editing short-form video, with a portfolio that shows real growth on at least one channel

Comfortable on camera — you've filmed yourself before and it doesn't show

Proficient in tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Pro, or After Effects; you don't need a production team to ship polished content

Hands-on with AI video tools — generative video, AI editing, synthetic voiceover

Organized enough to manage your own workload, deadlines, and a small budget

Fluent in Polish and English

Nice to have:

Experience making B2B or tech content feel human and watchable

Motion graphics basics

Podcast or webinar video production and repurposing

Any relevant certification (eg. HubSpot Content Marketing)
