Overview Post Description Responsible for the sales and business development in the OEMs; Responsible for the strategic planning and business development to ensure the continuous growth of the company according to the mid- and long term management plan which will be given from the OEMs. Coordination between OEM and HQ to ensure the strategic growth and support to be given for QA, Logistics, Supply, Warehousing. Support of the EU technical account manager. Customer oriented lead role gather market information to ensure competitiveness of technology and costs. Achieve monthly and yearly sales while maintaining or exceed company profit target. Work within the customer B2B platform and support within the company. Take ownership of the OEM specific RFQ by continuous monitoring and reporting. Secure good transparency with all stakeholders. Gather market informations for the purpose of planning strategic decisions.
Qualifications Over 5 years work experience with Account Manager OE; Bachelor degree or above; English fluent; Professional in MS Office; Knowledge about customer B2B platform; Intercultural experience especially concerning the work with the Asia culture; Travel national and international.
