Overview
Our client is looking for a 3rd shift Supervisor. Our client helps support the production of medical products that are used in healthcare settings—using quality-focused processes and a commitment to compliance. In this role, you will lead and train medical device assembly teams while ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and to the required quality standards.
Your purpose is to oversee assembly, coordinate schedules, maintain manufacturing records, and make sure non‑conforming materials are identified and documented. If you have cleanroom leadership experience and a strong grasp of assembly fundamentals, this is a great opportunity to grow as a working supervisor.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years minimum cleanroom assembly experience
Medical device experience strongly preferred
1+ year supervisory experience
Reading blueprints
Experience working in an air environmentally controlled (cleanroom) area
Strong organizational skills
Clear communication skills
Ability to train and direct assemblers using drawings and/or approved SOPs
Familiarity with compliance standards including Medical Devices Quality System and ISO 13485
Work Responsibilities
Train and directassemblers using applicable drawings and/or approved standard operating procedures, in compliance with the Medical Devices Quality System and ISO 13485
Oversee disposable set assembly, including fabrication, in‑process visual inspections, testing, and packaging
Coordinate manufacturing schedules with the Manager of the Disposable Manufacturing team
Oversee maintenance of manufacturing records
Oversee transfer and storage of materials throughout manufacturing
Manage cleaning operations according to the approved standard operating procedure
Identify non‑conforming materials, work in‑process, and final product
Complete appropriate non‑conforming and work in‑process reports
Report findings to the Manager of the Disposable Manufacturing team
