The Rare Neurology Medical Account Specialist (MS) engages Neurology specialists and key stakeholders across diverse care settings (e.g., academic centers, large group practices, IDNs, and community accounts) within an assigned geography. The MS delivers clinically focused messaging to drive revenue and achieve product goals, demonstrating strong ownership, initiative, and compliant, integrity‑driven performance.

Field & Location
Field Based – Location: San Francisco (Metro), CA

Responsibilities

Engage Rare Neurology experts and key customers within an assigned geography to deliver clinically focused selling messages and drive product launches.

Partner with reimbursement and access specialists and other stakeholders to proactively address customer needs and market dynamics, developing strategies that support brand objectives.

Build strong relationships with clinicians, nurses, patient advocacy groups, and internal contacts across the account team.

Conduct market profiling activities to understand regional healthcare delivery, influencers, and payer systems.

Develop comprehensive territory/customer plans to achieve desired objectives and drive market share.

Execute key account tactics and coordinate efforts to support contracting pull‑through and business opportunities.

Ensure all personnel in the account are educated on commercially available Regeneron products.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or additional advanced education/certification a plus.

Minimum 5 years of successful experience in Neurology sales and specialty/biologic/REMS products; launch experience preferred.

Minimum 2 years of experience working with key thought leaders or high‑influence customers in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care organizations in Neurology.

Proven track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets with diverse customer segments, operating with high integrity and compliance.

Strong account management, analytical, problem‑solving, and planning skills.

Current experience in calling on large Neurology group practices and/or integrated delivery networks.

Strong understanding of the Neurology therapeutic area and current marketplace.

Compensation
$158,950 – $220,000 annually.
