Job Description
This Pro Sales Representative will be primarily responsible for driving and increasing Pro business sales within the assigned region, utilizing the CRM system to document sales calls and store visits.

Responsibilities

Grow, develop, maintain and manage the overall relationship with regional businesses, branches of national customers and existing business accounts for Sherwin Williams Pro Sales & Lowe’s ProServices.

Build rapport and partner with Lowe’s Pro Desks, Store Managers, Key Decision Makers, Account Executive of Pro Services, Market Directors and Vice Presidents of Store Operations.

Promote Sherwin Williams product offerings to create new leads and strengthen existing business relationships.

Work within the assigned region to grow, drive and increase Pro business sales.

Utilize the CRM system to document sales calls and store visits.

Serve as primary contractor sales representative within the region.

Spend 60%-75% of time at customers’ job sites and business locations.

Collaborate with SW Lowe’s field sales and Lowe’s ProServices teams.

Partner with Division Director and applicable RSMs on sales opportunities and new business leads.

Work out of a retail store environment/pro desk, paint department, in addition to contractor site visits.

Travel within the assigned region, including overnight travel, up to 85% of the time.

Minimum Requirements

At least eighteen (18) years of age.

Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

High school diploma or GED.

Valid unrestricted driver’s license.

At least one (1) year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service, or completion of a Sherwin-Williams Development Program.

Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Ability to read, write, comprehend and communicate in Spanish.

At least three (3) years of experience in customer service, retail, or sales.

Experience with profit and loss / budget management.

Experience selling paint and paint‑related products.

Compensation
The wage range for this role is based on skill set, experience and other business factors. Compensation decisions may adjust the range and are accurate as of the posting date.
