I’m currently partnering with a fast-growing international player in the PET resins and synthetic fibres industry on their search for an inside sales coordinator.
This position will be based 5 days a week in Huntersville, North Carolina
My client has a global footprint and is now scaling their North American operations. This is an office‑based position requiring strong coordination skills, responsiveness, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
This role involves assisting the sales and logistics teams, coordinating customer communication, supporting order processing and follow‑ups, and helping ensure seamless execution of internal operations.
Key Responsibilities
Support inside sales and customer communication activities
Coordinate orders, deliveries, and operational follow‑ups
Assist the sales team with administrative and customer‑related tasks
Work closely with logistics, accounting, and operations teams
Support inventory coordination and reporting activities
Maintain organized records and internal documentation
Assist with preparation of reports, spreadsheets, and customer updates
Qualifications
3 years minimum of experience in inside sales, sales support, or commercial operations
Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Navision preferred)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
