Marketing Coordinator - Sector Marketing

Job Description Ryan Companies is looking for a National Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing team. This individual will be based in Des Moines, Iowa, or Phoenix, Arizona and will support marketing and business development efforts at the national level for Ryan’s sectors, which include healthcare, housing, industrial, and mission critical.
Responsibilities Provide support for the creation of proposals, qualifications, presentations, and other business development activities.
Support the maintenance of proposal materials, including sector-specific marketing materials, project summaries, and team resumes.
Support the execution of brand awareness activities, such as conferences, event planning, blogs, social media posts, and awards.
Assist with writing and editing project summaries, proposals, resumes, and marketing collateral.
Support the execution of national sector marketing plans.
Provide data support in our customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
Two years of marketing experience desired.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and balance multiple deadlines.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational and oral/written communication skills.
Experience in construction and/or architectural-related field (a plus).
Experience with InDesign, Microsoft PowerPoint, graphic design skills, CRM, dashboards, and databases (a plus).
Compensation The base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. The position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission and/or an incentive program.
