This role serves as a key contributor to the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns while supporting marketing operations, marketing automation, CRM administration, and sales enablement initiatives.

Essential Responsibilities

1. Campaign Planning and Execution
·

Plan, coordinate, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, webinar, social media, field marketing, and other channels.
·

Support product launches, lead generation initiatives, customer retention programs, and market expansion efforts.
·

Develop campaign timelines, project plans, and execution schedules to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
·

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, align messaging, and execute marketing activities.
·

Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase effectiveness and return on investment.
2. Marketing Automation & Lead Management
·

Develop and manage marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, customer segmentation, and audience targeting strategies.
·

Administer marketing automation and CRM platforms, including campaign setup, lead routing, lead scoring, workflow management, and reporting.
·

Monitor and maintain lead management processes to ensure accurate lead flow between marketing and sales.
·

Identify opportunities to improve marketing automation, customer engagement, and lead conversion performance.
3. Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
·

Support the development and execution of Account-Based Marketing initiatives targeting strategic accounts and key market segments.
·

Collaborate with sales teams to identify target accounts, develop personalized outreach strategies, and align campaign objectives.
·

Utilize customer and account data to improve targeting, engagement, and campaign performance.
4. Marketing Operations and Project Management
·

Manage marketing project workflows and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and departments.
·

Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, project timelines, and reporting processes.
·

Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase marketing efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
·

Ensure projects remain aligned with business priorities and departmental objectives.
5. Sales Enablement
·

Support the creation, organization, and distribution of sales enablement materials and campaign assets.
·

Collaborate with sales to support lead follow-up processes, campaign execution, and customer engagement initiatives.
·

Maintain marketing and sales resource libraries and assist with content distribution.
6. Analytics & Reporting
·

Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, lead generation activities, and pipeline contribution.
·

Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
·

Utilize data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve marketing performance.
7. Administrative & Vendor Coordination
·

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to support marketing initiatives.
·

Assist with marketing budget tracking, purchase order processing, invoice management, and vendor management activities.
·

Support department operations and maintain marketing documentation, processes, and standards.

Education and Training
·

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field required.
·

HubSpot, marketing automation, analytics, project management, digital marketing, or related certifications are preferred.

Experience
·

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, campaign management, or a related role.
·

Proven experience independently planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
·

Experience utilizing marketing automation platforms to develop, manage, and optimize lead nurturing programs, audience segmentation, and automated workflows.
·

Experience supporting or executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, including account targeting, personalized campaign development, and sales alignment.
·

Experience administering CRM and marketing automation platforms, including lead management, lead routing, lead scoring, campaign tracking, and reporting.
·

Experience analyzing marketing performance data, developing dashboards and reports, and making data-driven recommendations to improve results.
·

Experience supporting sales enablement initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business objectives.
·

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and adapting to changing business priorities.
·

Experience working independently with minimal supervision and exercising sound judgment in decision-making.

Knowledge and Skills
·

Strong knowledge of demand generation, lead nurturing, customer lifecycle marketing, and marketing funnel management.
·

Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, workflow development, audience segmentation, and customer engagement strategies.
·

Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles, targeting methodologies, and personalized marketing approaches.
·

Knowledge of CRM administration, lead management processes, sales and marketing alignment, and reporting best practices.
·

Proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM, including workflows, lists, forms, email marketing, lead scoring, campaign reporting, dashboards, and automation tools.
·

Knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and marketing analytics.
·

Strong project management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
·

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data and develop actionable recommendations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and marketing technology platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

HubSpot certifications in Marketing Hub, CRM Administration, Email Marketing, Reporting, or Revenue Operations.
·

Experience with attribution reporting, lifecycle marketing, and revenue-focused demand generation programs.
Experience working in a manufacturing, technology, industrial, public safety, or B2B solutions environment.
