In this high-impact sales role, you’ll be responsible for generating new business, securing job orders, and building strong client relationships across a variety of industries. ? Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and grow client relationships to drive job order generation

Market temporary and direct hire staffing services via calls, visits, networking, and community events

Partner with Staffing Supervisors to ensure client needs are met with quality candidate placements

Represent L.K. Jordan at job fairs and local events to promote services

Deliver weekly and monthly marketing activity to drive consistent pipeline growth

Operate with high integrity and professionalism to promote our brand

? What You’ll Bring:

3+ years of proven business development, B2B sales, or staffing industry experience

High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Highly motivated, goal-focused, and comfortable working independently

Ability to work in the field daily and return to the office by 4:00 PM

Must pass pre-employment and random drug tests
