You will work closely with the founders and executive team, enjoying a high degree of autonomy while contributing to impactful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities

Produce approximately 10 high-quality AI videos daily, adhering to preset scripts and styles.
Analyze video metrics to optimize views and conversions.
Apply direct-response copywriting principles to enhance video scripts.
Communicate proactively with the executive team and assist in onboarding new editors.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience with short-form direct-response video creation for DTC brands.
Strong proficiency in video editing software, preferably CapCut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new AI tools and social media trends.
Excellent communication skills in English.
