As Inside Sales Account Manager DACH, you will play an important role in developing our partner and customer base across the region. This role goes beyond traditional inside sales support. You will not only work with existing STEP partners, but also actively identify and develop potential accounts, follow up on leads, reactivate dormant partners and support the wider DACH sales team in driving incremental business. You will be a central commercial contact for STEP partners across the DACH region, helping to ensure fast, consistent and professional support throughout the partner journey.

You will manage day‑to‑day sales topics, partner program enquiries, product information requests, promotions, lead follow‑up and internal coordination, while ensuring that relevant strategic topics are aligned with the responsible sales colleagues. You will also work closely with Hanwha Vision’s distribution partners and the Distribution Sales Manager DACH to identify new partner potential, follow up on distributor‑generated leads and support joint sales activities. This includes reviewing sell‑out reports, identifying recurring or promising purchasing patterns, following up on contacts from distributor events and helping to turn distributor insights into active partner development. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Pre‑Sales, Operations, Order Processing and Management to provide a high level of support to partners and customers across DACH. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys working proactively, speaking with customers and partners, creating structure and turning opportunities into measurable sales progress.

What you will do:

Develop and support selected STEP partner relationships across Germany, Austria and Switzerland

Act as a central inside sales hub for STEP partner enquiries, lead follow‑ups, product information, promotions and day‑to‑day sales support

Identify, qualify and develop potential accounts through cold calling, web research, campaign follow‑up, inbound leads and distributor insights

Reactivate dormant partners and support their return into active business development

Support partner recruitment and activation within the Hanwha STEP partner program

Work closely with the DACH sales team and Business Development Managers to coordinate account activities, follow‑up actions and pipeline updates

Collaborate with the Distribution Sales Manager DACH and distribution partners to review sell‑out data, identify new partner potential and follow up on distributor‑generated leads

Support the preparation and follow‑up of distributor activities such as events, webinars, trainings, promotions and joint campaigns

Provide partners and prospects with relevant information on Hanwha Vision products, solutions, services, promotions and channel programs

Coordinate with Marketing, Pre‑Sales, Operations and Order Processing to ensure efficient support for partner and customer requests

Maintain accurate account, contact, lead and opportunity data in CRM systems, especially Salesforce

Share market feedback, partner needs, sales potential and competitive insights with the DACH sales organization

What we are looking for:

Experience in inside sales, channel sales, partner management, sales support, business development or account management within a B2B environment

Experience in the electronic security, video surveillance, IT, networking, technology or related markets would be a strong advantage

Experience working with distributors, sell‑out data, reseller structures or indirect sales channels would be a strong advantage

Strong interest in developing partner and customer relationships

Confidence in proactively contacting new prospects, dormant partners and potential accounts

Experience with lead qualification, cold calling, account development or campaign follow‑up

Good understanding of indirect sales models, partner programs and channel structures

Strong commercial mindset and the ability to identify sales potential

Structured, organized and proactive working style

Ability to manage multiple requests, accounts and follow‑up actions at the same time

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships by phone, video call and email

Strong customer service mindset combined with a sales‑driven attitude

Comfortable working with CRM systems; Salesforce experience would be a strong advantage

Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Ability to work independently while staying closely aligned with the DACH sales team

Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken

A hands‑on mentality and the willingness to take ownership
