Director of Marketing & Move-Ins

Arbors at Stoneham is looking for a Director of Marketing to lead the marketing and sales efforts for our assisted living community. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in marketing and have 3–5 years of experience in relationship-based sales, particularly in senior living or healthcare.
The role involves building connections with families and healthcare professionals, driving sales and resident move-ins, while maintaining high standards of communication. We value empathy, organization, and a team-first attitude in our mission to enhance quality of life.
