Program Manager - Youth Mobile Outreach

We take pride in our creative and collaborative work environment and in delivering clinically excellent, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented services.What are we looking for in a Program Manager?The Program Manager provides clinical supervision and administrative oversight of assigned staff. Responds to requests for outreach by community partners, schools, law enforcement and families to meet with youth identified as experiencing a crisis. Provides crisis services and uses clinical judgement within the scope of their education and training to de-escalate and stabilize the individual and family in crisis and assist them in next steps. Provides triaging, screening and an assessment to determine contributing factors to the crisis, relevant history, strengths and available resources. Provides stabilizing support, skill building and care coordination to connect youth and family to resources for ongoing care.
