We are seeking a Technical Writer with experience supporting network, infrastructure, or platform engineering teams. This role will focus on creating, maintaining, and standardizing technical documentation, operational procedures, and automation-ready workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, troubleshooting guides, release notes, and technical documentation
• Translate complex engineering processes into clear, step-by-step procedures
• Create process flows, workflow diagrams, and network documentation using Visio
• Partner with engineering teams to document APIs, administrative workflows, and automation processes
• Manage and update documentation through Confluence and JIRA
