Job Overview
We're seeking a seasoned Videographer with 7+ years in multimedia production and video editing to join our creative team. The ideal candidate masters the full production lifecycle, leverages AI‑assisted editing tools, and lives visual storytelling. You'll own trailers, corporate videos, podcast episodes, and short‑form content — shaping how our brand looks, sounds, and feels worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Edit, color grade, and finish polished video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and the broader Adobe Creative Cloud suite (After Effects, Audition, Photoshop).
Integrate AI‑powered editing tools (e.g., Adobe Sensei, Premiere’s AI features, Runway, Descript, ElevenLabs, or comparable platforms) to streamline transcription, rough cuts, captioning, audio cleanup, and asset generation.
Apply motion graphics, sound design, and visual effects to enhance storytelling and brand consistency.
Produce a diverse portfolio of content, including:
Trailers — high‑energy promotional cuts for product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
Corporate Videos — executive communications, internal culture pieces, recruitment, and thought leadership.
Podcast Episodes — multi‑camera recording, editing, and packaging for audio‑first and video podcast formats.
Shorts — vertical, platform‑optimized content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
Partner closely with Marketing, Brand, Product, and Executive stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into compelling video narratives.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining the highest creative standards.
Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and version control across the production pipeline.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in video production, AI tooling, and digital platform best practices — recommending innovations that keep our content competitive.
Qualifications
Professional experience in multimedia production and video editing.
Demonstrated mastery of 4K camera systems (e.g., Sony FX series, Canon Cinema EOS, RED, Blackmagic) including lenses, lighting kits, gimbals, and audio gear.
Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; strong working knowledge of After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop.
Proven experience integrating AI tools into production and post‑production workflows.
Robust portfolio/reel showcasing trailers, corporate work, podcast production, and short‑form social content.
Strong understanding of color theory, audio engineering fundamentals, pacing, and visual composition.
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience with podcast production tools (Riverside, Descript, SquadCast).
Production & Cinematography
Plan, shoot, and direct high‑quality video content using professional 4K camera systems, including lighting, audio capture, and on‑location and in‑studio setups.
Lead pre‑production planning: storyboarding, shot lists, location scouting, talent direction, and equipment preparation.
Operate as both an independent shooter and as part of a larger production crew, depending on project scope.
Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or Avid as secondary platforms.
Motion graphics and 2D/3D animation skills.
Familiarity with podcast production tools (Riverside, Descript, SquadCast).
Experience producing content optimized for YouTube algorithms and short‑form platforms.
Background working in‑house at a brand or agency environment.

This is a W2 position. This is not a contract.
