Sr Marketing Manager, Lifecycle & Demand, WW SMB Financing
Job ID: 10425109 | Amazon.com Services LLC

Do you want to revolutionize how small and medium businesses access working capital while building one of Amazon's fastest-growing financial services businesses? Join WW SMB Financing. We are building the future of small and medium business financing, leveraging Amazon's scale and capabilities to democratize access to capital for millions of sellers worldwide. Our team operates with the agility of a fintech startup within Amazon. We are seeking a senior lifecycle marketer to own the outbound activation system that converts the right sellers into qualified loan applicants. This role is for an analyst-marketer who designs cohort journeys against established segmentation frameworks, ships GenAI‑powered marketing mechanisms, and drives measurable application start rate uplift segment by segment.

Key Job Responsibilities

Lifecycle System Operation: Design and ship outbound journeys and retargeting across email, push, and other outbound channels (e.g. ads) that activate target segments with the right channel mix and frequency.

Segment Activation: Translate established segmentation and propensity models into channel‑specific cohort treatments, suppression rules, and journey logic that move app start rate by segment.

Cross‑Surface Campaign Coordination: Coordinate with the onsite surface owner on cross‑surface campaign design, frequency orchestration, and unified seller treatment.

Experimentation Execution: Run a structured test program within the team's experimentation framework, sizing hypotheses, shipping cohort‑level tests, and codifying learnings back into segmentation and content strategy.

GenAI Mechanism Shipping: Build and operate GenAI‑driven marketing mechanisms that compress cost‑per‑touchpoint or unlock personalization that is not possible with manual operation.

Performance Reporting: Pull, interpret, and report on campaign/channel impact to app start rate with low dependence on a BIE partner, surfacing program‑level signal back into the team's measurement architecture.

US Seller Event Activation: Own US‑based seller event execution as part of the outbound surface, integrating events into the broader lifecycle journey.
