Position Summary
Zhik USA is seeking a motivated and organized

Sales & Marketing Executive, North America

to support the continued growth of the Zhik brand across the United States and broader North American market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys relationship management, and is passionate about supporting premium retail, event, and partnership programs.

The Sales & Marketing Executive will work closely with sales, marketing, partnerships, customer service, and global teams to help drive dealer success, activate strategic partnerships, support events and exhibitions, and deliver exceptional service experiences across trade and retail channels.

Qualifications & Experience

2+ years of experience in sales support, marketing, account management, customer service, partnerships, or related fields

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable working cross‑functionally with domestic and international teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems; CRM experience is a plus

Experience in marine, outdoor, sporting goods, apparel, or premium consumer brands is highly desirable

Passion for sailing, paddle, or other watersports and outdoor lifestyle is a major advantage

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a key point of contact for dealer and trade account communications across North America

Support dealers with order placement, account inquiries, product availability, and operational assistance

Help accounts maximize seasonal programs, promotions, and sales opportunities

Assist in identifying strategic growth opportunities to strengthen dealer performance and long‑term partnership with Zhik

Coordinate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure efficient account support and execution

Partnership Management & Activation

Assist in managing and activating key North American partnerships, sponsorships, sponsored athletes, and ambassador relationships

Support execution of contractual obligations and partnership deliverables

Help leverage partnerships through sales, marketing, retail, digital, and event channels

Contribute to building long‑term mutually beneficial relationships with strategic partners and organizations

Event Program Support

Support planning and execution of Zhik’s North American event program, including Boat Shows, Industry conferences, Exhibitions, and Major Sponsorship Activations; Assist with logistics, coordination, staffing, merchandising, and on‑site activation support

Help ensure strong brand presentation and customer engagement at all events

Growth Markets & Activation Support

Assist in the growth and support of the multi‑outlet retailer segment

Assist in growing Zhik’s custom, corporate, and branded apparel programs by supporting sales opportunity development and order distribution flow – coordination of fulfillment and execution both direct and indirect – for teams, events, partners, and corporate customers

Provide backend coordination and operational support for retailer programs and initiatives

Participate in brand activations and retail marketing promotions as appropriate

Support retailer communication, merchandising, and sales initiatives

Customer Service & Operational Support

Support general trade and retail customer service needs in collaboration with the global Customer Service team

Assist with seasonal periods of high‑volume support and customer engagement

Help ensure a premium customer experience aligned with Zhik brand standards

Maintain accurate communication and follow‑through across customer and dealer interactions

Particulars

Work Location: Newport, RI HQ Office – Remote as needed
