Marketing Communications Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through email and provide appropriate solutions

Ship samples and product replacements

Manage, create and monitor review campaigns

Respond to ecommerce questions and reviews

Prepare and present reports over email and during marketing meetings

Collaborate with the marketing and graphics team on brand development, trend research, licensing and additional creative projects

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

Confident and comfortable communicating with customers

Ability to work both independently and in a group setting
