You'll report to the Director of Creative Performance and collaborate with other Creative Strategists and various Marketing Acquisition teams.
Responsibilities and Duties

A creative powerhouse brimming with imaginative ideas, driving ad ideation and production
The ultimate project juggler, managing robust ad production processes with ease and ensuring timely execution
A data pro, eager to analyze ad performance across paid media and email campaigns to inform and enhance strategic creative direction
A collaborative catalyst, leading with empathy to inspire others across teams and promote productivity
An innovator who stays ahead of the trends and is excited to implement out of the box advertising strategies
An excellent communicator under high pressure environment
Pitch winning ideas using a strong understanding of the media landscape and develop ideas into creative strategies to be implemented across various channels
Facilitate creative ideation and encourage others to contribute winning ideas
Translate creative concepts into detailed briefs and deliver to design, video and emails teams
Oversee high volumes of ads and various creative assets are delivered on time, reviewed, and approved in an organized manner
Serve as an advocate for driving consistent brand voice across all channels, without sacrificing performance
Collaborate with acquisition and retention teams to support and align creative strategies with new product launches
Qualifications and Skills

Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree
3+ years of direct response DTC eCommerce marketing experience is preferred
Experience with Amazon and Retail is an added bonus
Experience with pre-production including scripting and planning
Interpersonal:
Adaptable to new social platforms, AI, and advertising technologies
Impact-oriented and strong project management skills, with a track record of excellent results in a fast-growth environment and a strong bias for action
Thoughtful and self-reflective, willingness to learn
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret ad performance data and synthesize into actionable strategies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to listen and lead with empathy, with a willingness to learn
Excitement for startups and comfortable with change - experience at startups or in e-commerce is a plus
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
Hours and Compensation

The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $100,000 - $125,000 annually. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and local market rates.
