Creator (Videographer & Editor) Job at Race Service LLC. in Los Angeles

Compensation: $65,000 – $95,000 annually depending on experience.

You are a high‑level location-based filmmaker, shooting short‑form content from first shot to final export. You thrive on teams, trend‑sensing, and delivering compelling reels that capture the audience's attention in the first two seconds.

What You’ll Be Doing

Shoot and edit short‑form content across social platforms – Reels, TikToks, and platform‑native cuts that perform.

Understand the difference between content made for a brand deck and content made for an audience.

Cover events, activations, and on‑location productions; deliver footage the team can use.

Own the edit end‑to‑end: rough cut to final delivery, including color, sound, pacing, and format.

Collaborate with Creative and Account teams on campaign briefs, translating direction into execution while maintaining your point of view.

Maintain and organize assets: project folders, file naming, export specs, and delivery standards.

Stay sharp on platform trends, formats, and algorithm behavior.

Work outside standard hours, including international travel, weekends, and holidays.

Who We're Looking For

3–5 years of professional shooting and editing experience (agency, production company, brand‑side, or independent). Your portfolio should demonstrate this.

Fluency in short‑form content creation that performs; mastery of hooks, pacing, and audience engagement.

A true hybrid; you excel at both shooting and editing at a high level.

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere.

Field‑ready with cameras in run‑and‑gun environments – events, live action, motorsport, on‑location.

Organized and self‑directed, managing workflow, meeting deadlines, and communicating proactively when schedules shift.

Bonus if you also bring

A genuine passion for automotive culture and motorsport.

Motion graphics or basic animation skills (After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci).

Experience with drone operation or specialized camera systems.

A personal social presence with built audience and distinct point of view.
