Our service offers wellness monitoring and real-time personalized referrals to support resources for a variety of concerns (sleep, loneliness, physical health, finances, mood, and more), to support early identification of distress and early intervention. We interact with our subscribers primarily through text messaging - no app, no gimmicks, just caring, thoughtful and friendly communication.
