Sub‑Zero, Wolf and Cove products are sold worldwide via our distribution network, and this Inside Sales Coordinator role is key in supporting our distribution partners. The inside sales team is a focused group that supports our customers and field sales team. A pedigree of problem solving and exceptional customer focus is key to success in this role.

Primary Responsibilities

Become an expert on products and systems to best serve the customers

Outbound and inbound calls

Develop weekly call strategies

Assist field sales team with problem solving and/or order inquiries

Serve as our partners’ primary point of contact regarding orders

Create relationships with customers and aid them with any order related needs or issues

Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management

Share best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support

Responsible for completing special projects as assigned

Autonomously make decisions and solve a varying degree of issues

Required Qualifications

Associate’s degree in business or related field

Experience and familiarity with distribution channels and supporting field sales teams

Business‑to‑Business customer service experience

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage complex order scenarios

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Proficiency with ERP systems, CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

Familiarity with SAP or similar enterprise order management systems

Knowledge of logistics, transportation or supply chain processes

Experience documenting processes or supporting system testing initiatives
