Lead Management & Sales Ops Coordinator

Rectangle Health is seeking a Prospecting Operations Coordinator to enhance lead management and optimize the sales pipeline. In this role, you will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure leads are effectively captured, qualified, and converted.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in lead management, a strong analytical mindset, and proven CRM expertise. You will play a pivotal role in improving lead processes and driving sales success.
This position offers an annual salary of $70,000 – $80,000, along with competitive benefits including 15 PTO days and 401(k) matching.
