Job Responsibilities

Oversee daily production operations, facility needs, and maintenance activities

Lead, train, coach, and develop team members while maintaining accountability for performance goals

Create and implement training programs to ensure employees have the skills needed to work safely and efficiently

Provide effective leadership, coaching, and employee support

Address employee concerns and performance issues through problem‑solving and improvement plans

Establish, communicate, and enforce standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and workplace policies

Monitor production goals, capacity, staffing needs, and equipment requirements

Manage budgets and provide updates to leadership

Participate in meetings and collaborate with management on operational improvements

Oversee facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and building/grounds needs

Job Qualifications

5+ years of manufacturing/production experience is preferred

2–5+ years in a production supervisor, plant supervisor, operations manager, or similar leadership role

Strong team leadership and employee development skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment

Experience with process improvement, safety practices, and operational planning
