Virtual Care Media

– Enables brands to connect with relevant patients during virtual care visits.

EHR Triggered Messaging

– Delivers precision-targeted display and inbox messaging to HCPs during diagnosis and treatment. Patient portal messages also available.

Custom Care

– Guides consumers through product discovery, physician consultation, and prescription fulfillment in one seamless online journey.

Populus is expanding its capabilities including integrating AI-driven personalization and analytics across its product suite to further enhance engagement, efficiency, and outcomes.

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Account Manager, Client Success to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Client Success, you will be the primary day-to-day contact for our agency and brand clients—ensuring campaign objectives are met and client relationships are strong. You'll work closely with Sales, Ad Operations, and Data & Analytics to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
Client Management & Development

Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for agency and brand clients post‑sale

Lead campaign kick‑off calls, establish communication cadence, and set clear timeline expectations

Provide ongoing campaign updates and proactively escalate risks or issues

Manage client expectations around capabilities, constraints, and deliverables

Advocate for clients internally and with external partners

Internal Cross‑Functional Coordination

Partner with Ad Ops, Sales, Rev Ops, and Data & Analytics to align on deliverables and timelines

Track open items across cross‑functional teams and provide regular updates to leadership

Coordinate with Ad Ops on trafficking materials and campaign execution

Campaign Oversight

Monitor overall campaign performance and identify delivery risks early

Ensure campaign objectives remain aligned with client KPIs throughout the flight

Coordinate resolution paths with Ad Ops for any delivery or performance issues

Flag and manage scope changes through the appropriate internal process

Other duties may be required as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

3–5 years of experience in account management, client success, or digital advertising

Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills

Clear, confident communicator—comfortable presenting in person and via web‑based tools

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable with data and reporting

Experience with pharma clients or agencies a plus

Familiarity with digital advertising metrics (display, video, point of care), ad serving platforms, or analytics tools a plus

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast‑moving, collaborative environment

Preferred Skills (Not Required)

Exposure to ad serving platforms

Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics

Experience with basic ad tags and monitoring
