Operating a specialized distribution model that focuses on tire‑centric supplies and under‑vehicle service equipment, they are currently in a pivotal stage of business evolution. They are looking for a dedicated, high‑integrity Field Sales Representative to own a key territory and champion their brand in the local market

Job Description:

Own the Daily Route : Serve as the primary point of contact for a well‑established territory, maintaining a consistent Monday‑Friday schedule with a minimum of 10 stops per day to service existing accounts, reconnect with stakeholders, and secure new business

Act as a Technical Consultant : Leverage an extensive, specialized product catalog to act as a value‑add partner, solving complex service challenges for shop owners and managers through technical expertise and inventory support

Drive Territory Growth : Execute a strategic growth plan that prioritizes restoring service continuity and account retention in the short term, while scaling prospecting efforts to 20% of the daily workflow as you establish your market presence.

Requirements:

2+ years of successful outside (field) sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the tire industry, automotive aftermarket (e.g., distribution, parts, lubricants), or similar industrial sales backgrounds

Possess a \"road warrior\" mindset with the maturity to handle the daily grind of a high‑frequency route, the intellectual bandwidth to digest complex technical catalogs, and the grit to rebuild trust in a previously underserved territory.

Ability to communicate transparently and professionally regarding the organization’s strategic evolution, ensuring a win‑win partnership as the company positions itself for long‑term growth within the automotive aftermarket.

Location : This is a local, field‑based route sales opportunity. Candidates must reside within the Tampa, FL territory (Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, or Hernando counties). This role offers the benefit of being home every night, with no regular overnight travel required.

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 + 20% Bonus & Car Package
