What You’ll Be Doing
Get stuck into sales from day one
Reach out to SMEs via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Learn how to grab attention and start meaningful conversations
Research businesses and understand their shipping challenges
Build confidence & book meetings
Set up meetings with decision‑makers
Develop strong communication skills through real interactions
Understand needs & add value
Learn how businesses manage logistics and shipping
Help present smarter, cost‑saving solutions
Develop your sales skills & start closing
Take part in hands‑on training, coaching, and live roleplays
Build and manage your own pipeline
Work toward closing your first deals with support from experienced mentors
Grow accounts & maximise earnings
Build relationships with clients
Support long‑term account growth and retention
