Senior Product Manager
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own multiple complex products within a product line in our proprietary transportation management system (TMS) from strategy to delivery. You will collaborate with internal business stakeholders to understand their needs and outline smart technology solutions that solve their biggest problems. You will lead agile development teams to ensure delivery of product features. Your goal is to deliver products that create efficiency and are loved by our end users!
Essential duties and responsibilities include:
Prioritize roadmap to fulfill strategic initiatives and stakeholder requirements
Lead agile development teams and agile ceremonies
Coach and mentor product managers and business analysts, allocate work, meet 1 on 1, provide consistent feedback, and create growth/development plans for team
Manage diverse stakeholders, balancing business needs with development capacity
Outline smart solutions to improve users' workflows and experiences by writing business and functional requirements
Build business cases and define MVP scope for new initiatives by collaborating with marketing, sales, and operations teams
Define success and adoption metrics. Track, measure, and report against objectives
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure requirements have been met
Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, customer insights, and emerging technologies
Job requirements include:
Minimum of 5 years experience in Transportation and Logistics
Minimum of 3 years experience in Product Management role
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a major related to Business or Technology
